Collect! Cloud System Requirements

Collect! can be configured to meet the requirements of a wide variety of agencies, from a single user, to a multi-user installation that shares data across many offices.

The capacity of the server's hard disk, the network and the workstations will determine the performance of your network. Fast machines, adequate RAM, fast hard drives, and redundant gigabit network cards will allow your machines to make the best use of the software. We provide a variety of Collect! editions with hardware configured to meet your basic needs. Please contact us if you wish to expand the hardware.

Windows

Windows 7 and higher already comes preloaded with Remote Desktop Connection. Ensure that you are running Windows Updates for Windows and installed devices like printers. You will also need a high-speed internet connection.

MacOS

MacOS X with the Microsoft Remote Desktop app installed from the App Store. You will also need a high-speed internet connection.

iOS

iOS with the Microsoft Remote Desktop app installed from the App Store. You will also need a high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended).

Linux

Linux with any Windows Compatible Remote Desktop application installed. You will also need a high-speed internet connection.
